I remember.

Walking through SoHo this evening - I look up to see this.
It's September 11, 2010.

9 years later I'm assisting the project manager for the World Trade Center site. My office is only a couple of blocks away. I have watched countless hours of tv programs that go over all of the details of that day...I'm still so shocked by the events. I remember, still, where I was that morning.

I'm hugging NYC today.

Easter flowers, Glorious FLOWERS.

Today I ventured out to Macy's to view the Macy's Flower Show. It was lovely.

My favorite part were the delicate ladies in the windows. Gorgeous!

I was truly overwhelmed by this Macy's, all 7 (I think) over-sized floors! And for those who know me...I'm not EVER overwhelmed with shopping. I think I might have started to hyperventilate!

To all of you, a very lovely Easter. I miss being with you friends and family this weekend.

Love to every one of you.

Laugh until you cry...

Read it - it's hilarious.
It will add years to your life.
A taste you say? Sure:
"Can you forgive me blob?
I've changed. Oh, how I've changed. I never go on those moon walk bounce things anymore.
All I want is to be back with you.
All I want is for someone heavier to jump off something high and send me cascading through the air like a dove of mercy into a lake. Is that so much to ask? Can we not rebuild what we once had?"

Lizard Fears

"When you feel your lizard fears raise their wrinkled necks, instead of wrestling them with force, turn to them softly, call them by name and say gently “There, there Jorge, you do have a flair for the dramatic! Look — there is a ripe mango on that tree, go get it!”"
